About this listen

The litigators of New York are the right stuff attorneys of the legal profession, comparable to being a test pilot or member of Seal Team Six. They serve and deliver justice to the public.

"All of us at Brooklyn Law School are proud of you for this significant achievement." (Mary Ellen Fullerton, Brooklyn Law School, Interim Dean and Professor of Law)

Not for me.

As a New York litigator for 40 years I thought this title would be interesting. It was not. I'm not sure who this title was written for but certainly not for a seasoned litigator. And the author is not a seasoned litigator.
