Good Overall

Good information, especially the section on the halo effect of associated skills. Heavy in the statistics. Should avoid using outdated terms like “subordinate” and “superior.”

Excellent Book for All

Excellent ideas and actions backed by data; it seems like this third edition has added a significant amount of updates, as well as ongoing validation or modification of earlier conclusions.

Highly recommend for anyone who wants to improve their performance, not just leaders and managers.
