America's elite have been using cash value life insurance to stockpile wealth for centuries. Used correctly, it is better described as a personal bank on steroids, and a financial bunker for tough times. To be clear, this audiobook is not about the typical garbage peddled by most insurance agents. Rather, an alternative to the risky investment strategies taught by Wall Street. It details a highly efficient form of cash value life insurance designed to supercharge your savings and stockpile wealth.

Many Americans dream of financial freedom, but they're stuck in dead-end jobs and don't know how to get there. You don't need to be one of them. If you invested $35,000 in the stock market today, it could take 52 years for that investment to grow to $1 million. But if you invested that same amount into one single-family $140,000 rental property, it would only take 19 years. With just two rental properties, you could generate $417,000 in profit in just 10 years. Skeptical?

Publisher's summary
Master the art of wealth building, and make money the way millionaires do!
There are only two things millionaires have that you don't: wealth and the knowledge to build wealth. But that's all about to change. Thanks to “Millionaire Maker” Loral Langemeier, you can develop the same financial intelligence that millionaires use to create, grow, and sustain their fortunes.
Regardless of your income - and in as little as one year - the exclusive wealth-building method in The Millionaire Maker can have you generating enough money to:
- Quit your job and start doing the things you love
- Control and then eliminate your debt no matter how much you owe
- Live your life on your schedule - instead of your employer's
Loral Langemeier has already shown thousands of people how to tailor her proven wealth-building program to their individual needs, no matter what their financial condition - and she can do it for you too. As a hardworking single mom, Loral developed a process of transforming her income into assets and assets into income that in turn created even more assets - something she calls the wealth cycle. Using her program, you'll learn how to build your own continually growing cycle of wealth by:
- Engaging in business ventures that generate passive income
- Substantially decreasing your tax burden
- Forming trusts, corporations, and partnerships to protect your assets and create a nonstop revenue stream
You'll also gain free access to many of the resources and investment advisors previously available only to those who sign up for Loral's world-famous Live Out Loud (liveoutloud.com) seminars and workshops.
To live the life you've always wanted, all you need is a sincere commitment to building wealth and a proven system to make it happen - which you'll find only in The Millionaire Maker.

The Myth: If you get into a good college, study hard, and graduate with excellent grades, you will be pretty much set for a successful career. The Reality: The biggest thing you won't learn in college is how to succeed professionally. Some of the smartest, most successful people in the country didn't finish college. None of them learned their most critical skills in an institution of higher education. And like them, most of what you'll need to learn to be successful you'll have to learn on your own, outside of school.

In Silicon Valley slang, a "bozo explosion" is what causes a lean, mean, fighting machine of a company to slide into mediocrity. As Guy Kawasaki puts it, "If the two most popular words in your company are partner and strategic, and partner has become a verb, and strategic is used to describe decisions and activities that don't make sense"...then it's time for a reality check.

How will it fit into a life that makes you and your family happy? How will it change the world? Eventually Mark found his great idea: coconut water. He had seen the developing world use coconut water, but this valuable resource was being discarded in the US. While taking on the beverage industry was a big goal - high-hanging fruit - it was worth the risk.

It's an axiom of business that great companies grow their revenues and profits year after year. Yet quietly, under the radar, a small number of companies have rejected the pressure of endless growth to focus on more satisfying business goals. Goals like being great at what they do, creating a great place to work, providing great customer service, making great contributions to their communities, and finding great ways to lead their lives. In Small Giants, veteran journalist Bo Burlingham takes us deep inside 14 such remarkable companies.

Story
A business parable about how to create a start-up that won't trap you when you want to sell it. According to John Warrillow, the number one mistake entrepreneurs make is to build a business that relies too heavily on them. Thus, when the time comes to sell, buyers aren't confident that the company-even if it's profitable-can stand on its own. To illustrate this, Warrillow introduces us to a fictional small business owner named Alex who is struggling to sell his advertising agency.

Story
Most of us think of sales as convincing potential customers to believe or do something they don't really want to. But that cutthroat mentality makes the process much harder than it has to be—especially in an economic downturn, when customers are more suspicious and defensive. It's far more productive (and satisfying) when salespeople think like Go-Givers and focus exclusively on creating value for the customer.

Loral is a Genius
Hear me out,
I’ve been following Loral for a long time now and trust her insight on finances. She is successful and knows how to work the system and wants you to learn as well!! I know from experience the wealth cycle works and I practice it everyday.
Here are my concerns about the book… it was a little braggy. Listening to the people’s lives she impacted felt more prideful rather than informative. Now this is completely personal okay!!! I like manual type books and am not influenced by stories, rather, I am influenced by directions. This is why I recommend 4 stars on overall and story.
So, with that being said this book is amazing, ok! It could be very influential in your life so don’t not get it because of my stars alone. Take all reviews into consideration 🤎
The reader did a great job. She used a great tone, appropriate pace, and her voice was enjoyable to listen to.
Thank you for reading and I hope this helps!!

This is a FANTASTIC listen! I got to the end and wished there was more, more of the great info, more of a deep dive into what was discussed. I definitely recommend the book. The only bad thing is that it wasn’t longer. Looking for more by the author. Thank you
