The secrets of high-performers
This book goes over the science and practical strategies for gaining higher levels of mental resilience, which in turn allows you to have more certainty, confidence, focus—drastically improving your game. The funny part is that your "inner game" or mindset, self-image, and identity is what makes up 80% of an athlete or really any person's results in any field. It is amazing just how much mindset plays a role in overall performance of life, it makes sense that high-level athletes often excel at any endeavor, whether it be their career or in entrepreneurship. This was a good listen and I am going to be referring to it as a reference in the future to keep my mindset sharp.

What a refreshing piece!
This is such an awesome book! It delve deep into the necessity of having the right mindset in order to build resilience and accomplish your goals. It gave examples of athletes who built their resilience through having a certain mindset and staying focused, which eventually made them legends. This book is definitely a must read for young and upcoming athletes, especially if they are having challenges of any sort on their journey to success. I also love the way it got into the scientific aspect on how the human body is one system and cannot be separated because one doesn't work without the other. The author broke it down in a simplified and engaging form without boring the reader. The narration was also on point which made it so captivating that i couldn't even take a break.
