reeling, I want to know more

This series does not disappoint. This series is candy for the soul. I say this in the vein that candy is no good for the body, but it sure is fun to eat. I can not get enough of the cast, so well written. Kevin Pierce did such a great job reading this book. On to the next one!

Worth it!

Great book, twists turns, and as many uncertainties as the body guards who patrol the grounds in the novel.

The narrator is top notch

The story is super farfetched. It almost feels like the writer is grasping at straws to keep the story going. The writer has built such excellent characters, and the narrator is so brilliant, it just still works.

Another captivating set!

Loved listening to this series. Keeps getting better & better. Cant wait for the next box set!

Better or the same quality as previous books Except 9 Trash ending

Mainly talking about book 9 spoilers WTH I thought the hired bodyguards were supposed to be good at their jobs. book 8 boss body guard got stabbed in the leg and pretty much walked it off in book 9 he gets shot In the chest With Body Armor and lays on the ground struggling to breathe while light speed is fighting over a gun and gets killed WTH oh an did I mention the other body guard must not have been wearing body armor because he’s dead WHY would a body guard not have fliping armor. So far the Franklin Horton has done an acceptable job at keeping it grounded… except barb. But honestly that ending pissed me the hell off. Getting shot in the plate might give you some broken ribs and a big bruise but it’s nothing to stop you from returning fire

Best shtf series EVER

I have listened to every shtf book every author… by far Franklin Hortons are the best. Start with Locker 9 series then Borrowed World then Mad Mick they are all tied in together and AMAZING!

this is the best book I've read in a while. I get really involved in the characters of the books I listen but this really takes the cake. please make a book 9-12 😩

Another Awesome Series

I could not believe Franklin Horton could extend this series until I listened to it. Wow, the man has an imagination that will not quit. I found myself listening continuously. Add Kevin Pierce to the mix and you have a book series that you can't put down. Thanks for the hours of entertainment.

I really love the mad mick series. I like the way the author takes ideas from what we go through in real life and puts it in his story.

The part about Tesla was real except Tesla needed funding. They stopped his funding because he wanted the people to have free energy.They have his journals under lock and keys somewhere. look it up.
