Breathtaking

This was the best book I have listened to in months. I couldn't stop listening. from beginning to end you were trapped in the story and had to know what happens next. A beautiful tale of sweet vengeance served. As a father of a young daughter I could only imagine the pain they went through. keep the story's going I love everything you have written so far. My favorite story. Excellent book! Almost made me cry a few times had to fight the tears back at work lol. thank you sir!

4.5 stars overall

I can't imagine the pain of losing a child. Imagine witnessing the murder of your own child. How far would you go for revenge? Especially after the murderer gets found not guilty in court.
Yep, I think we can all agree that a parent would go to extreme lengths to seek revenge.
especially if the murderer is a nazi.
This is what I love about Jon Athan. He hits raw nerves that people can relate to

Law of Retaliation

This book was so good. I highly recommend any books by Jon Athan if you like this genre. He is very creative with the deaths. Keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout the book because you know that something is going to happen. Paul D. Henry did a good job with the narration. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

I am not a fan of titling reviews..

I had high hopes for this, especially because it seemed to have everything I love in a book & no deal breaker dislikes..I’m all about a story fits perfectly into the suspense/horror/thriller genres but I don’t enjoy the commonly repeated police procedural plot lines..because they’re all too similar in my opinion & call me weird but if I’m not genuinely creeped out or in suspense then I tend to lose interest. So with that said, it’s not an easy task to find books I thoroughly enjoy so I was initially really excited for this one & considering the cost, I decided to purchase it as opposed to using a credit. The story itself wasn’t so bad, I do believe it lost some momentum about mid way through but what really ruined it for me was the narrator..his lack of enthusiasm & inability to truly take on each character’s persona, made it so difficult to listen & actually enjoy! I currently have 43mins left & I honestly have no desire to finish.

Emotionally charged

How far would you go to revenge the death of your child. Luckily most won't have to find the answer themselves.

Paul D. Henry's performance is fantastic.
