Great ideas for creative brainstorming
This audiobook very simply lays out how to overcome the little things that keep us from letting loose and getting creative ideas out before we start self-editing. I would recommend this book to almost any author out there looking for a good book to help them get motivated. Well worth the price!

Awesome book!
Every person deals with procrastination at some point in their career or life. this book goes into great detail on how can stop this from when you are writing! Such an amazing book because this is probably what plagues most writers. It teaches you how to get in that flow state. Not only can this happen with writing but in every area of your life as well. this book gives practical simple advice with easy to implement steps. I saw improvement in literally only 1 day! I highly recommend this book if you are struggling with procrastination

The struggle is real
Every writer has certainly struggled at one time or another - I know I have. You just stare at a blank screen or procrastinate and do anything else except writing. It is not a great state to be in, much better is the rare 'flow-state', state of mind. It can happen in any area of life be it art, writing, or in day to day living. A very pleasurable experience where everything just flows perfectly without obstacles or challenges. In the writer's world, pages are filled with prose effortlessly and a feeling of bliss is attained.
This book guides any writer on how to attain that level of bliss and enter the flow-state. It does require effort and application but once practiced it becomes easier each time. This book certainly goes a long way to dispelling the writer's anxiety and writer's block experiences. Highly recommended.
