Good, clean romance!

The story is good, the narration is excellent and there is no bad language. A fun way to pass the time.

Danger and swoon

I love a cute second-chance romance and this one has a fun amnesia twist! Claire wouldn't give Brig the time of day until she can't remember and he happens to be there. Sparks and danger fly in this darling story.

No cursing, real feelings, kinda spunky, interesting dialogue. And I really liked the narrator. Will listen to more from this author. Thanks!

The storyline was great

I loved the way he cared for her and never took advantage of her. I enjoyed seeing her flirt and open up to him, as well as, seeing the two create new memories together.

Short and sweet

Another sweet one, less preachy than previous. I do think maybe there were a bit too many things happening but overall a good listen.

A Hallmark-like story

A nice feel good story, but not on the same level as many contemporary adult romance novels. If you are looking for good writing only it's a nice quick listen, but no steamyness.

I really appreciate Cami’s desire to write clean romance with uplifting values. However, in this case I felt like the storyline didn’t have much substance to it, and the entire book seemed to be really rushed and the dialogue was rather trite. I was really disappointed because I really liked Brig and I was hoping for a great story for him, and I didn’t feel like this was it. Perhaps the author just got in the mode of pushing out too many of the “Groom” books, because to me it felt like they contained less substance as they went on. One more thing, just because it’s romance, why does every female character have to be very thin and petite, or tall and elegant with long legs that seem to go on for miles??!! How about heroines who are like average women who come in all shapes and sizes, and who still manage to meet their soulmate and fall in love? Just a suggestion to make female characters a bit more real, relevant and relatable.
