Not as good as the original series
I really liked the original series and Puck was my favorite character but I found this book lacking.I felt like the story jumped around in some spots from current to the past and I'm not sure why the author did that, it seemed irrelevant. I felt like the chemistry between the characters were not there as well. I liked how goofy Puck was with Megan and the love/ hate relationship between Puck and Ash and in this book they seemed estranged but it got better between them at the end. I'm excited for the future books., seems like they'll be promising but was disappointed in this one. Also. I was not a fan of the narrorator, some of the voices were haughty and annoying.

A New Favorite
Julie Kagawa has been one of my favorite authors for many years. Josh Hurley is a fantastic narrator! He brings the book to life as you listen and does an amazing job giving each character their own voice and personality! His personification of Puck was perfect. I could listen to him tell “adventures of Puck” stories endlessly. I have loved all things Iron Fey for years and he truly honored the characters I have become so attached to.
I look forward to more from both of these talented people!

Wow different in a good way!
Story was more mature rated then previous books but man how awesome the battle at the end was, I could picture heavy metal music playing during it. Enjoyed very much!

Love the author - couldn't even get started!
Very disappointed here. Love this author so I was excited to find this book and download it. But I've tried to start it multiple times and simply can't get started as I just don't like it. At ALL. Love the other books she's written but not this. Sorry.
