Amazing and inspiring

Being diagnosed after my struggles with the LPN program and got medication to help me thru the RN program. I’ve been struggling with the NCLEX RN 6 times and still failed. I love the fact your in the medical field. I found a study partner today, i am going to take your advice. Thank you for writing this book.

Very helpful!

This was a very helpful and insightful book, but i think it lacks a few reference points.
It almost seems like the author only takes from his own experience with ADHD. But most of the point was very relatable. Would definitely recommend!

Very Insightful

If you could sum up The Inventive Mind in three words, what would they be?

Eye-Opening
Useful
Engaging

Who was your favorite character and why?

Richard Wadsworth has a way of making his story so real and relate-able. As a mom of a son with ADHD it is very hard for me to understand where my child is coming from most of the time. This is the first book that really helped it click for me. Even though my son does quite well academically, I will start pulling from this model to help him feel more confident in school.

I finally know who I am

I’m 57 years old and I’ve just excepted the fact that I’m different than everybody else, and then I found this book “the Inventive Mind”
As I was going through this book I was astonished at how close everything this guy was saying matched me. I’ve been fighting an invisible battle through grade school, middle school, high school, and I could never figure out why I couldn’t do as good as my friends, and now I know (40 years too late) what I’m fighting against!
Richard Wadsworth
thank you very much!

Inspiring

I have ADHD and study medicine, and was naturally struggling big time. This truly helped to get my life back on track when it came to being organized. The fact that the author had kids and a family as he studied medicine, and still had a working scheme to stay on top of their work truly helped me.

Loved it loved it loved it

...And it didn’t even tax my ADHD. I paid attention, learned and as an adult having these circumstances the information was very accurate and told in a way that benefits the adhd listener/reader and is very relatable.
