not just for young adults

i am not an young adult but still got a ton from this book. I have been having issues at work with a co worker who is toxic and just doesn't understand boundaries, so I was looking for ways to deal with her, and low and behold I find this book! A week later and things are going in the right direction.

Eye Opening Self-Reflection

I have often felt that I always just have way too much going on and there is so much going on around me that I am going to have a meltdown. I don't manage relationships well and end up feeling drained a lot. This book was refreshing and has given me a new outlook on things. I learned so much about myself in this book and how I am creating the circumstances around me. Because of that, I feel like I have control of my life now. The chapter on social media and the corresponding exercises really hit home...I did not realize how much social media was impacting my mental health. I don't have social media on my phone anymore and am much happier.
