Different
I have never read a book or saw a movie relating to this topic. I love the creativity and the new-ness of it. I’m used to the vampire and Wolf categories. This was very different. I loved how it all came together at the end for a big conflict and resolution. I also like the fact that he did not die and neither did the sister.

Virtual Voice
I enjoyed the story very much. However, the flat tones of the Virtual Voice were NOT to my liking. Several times words were skipped over as well. Destroying the flow of the narrative. Please go back to regular people performing .

A must-listen; the story is compelling and won't leave you hanging..
I started listening to this without expecting much, solely because I had read some good reviews, but boy, it surely delivers. The virtual voice narrator isn't that bad; it definitely lacks the emotion needed for such a thrilling novel, but the story is good enough that you'll still feel engaged. A must-listen; the story is compelling and won't leave you hanging.

Ok storylines
I’m pretty sure most of this was written using AI. Not just odd presentation, but also many grammatical errors that were highlighted by the virtual voice reading out whatever was put in. The virtual voice narration has no inflection or emotion, which didn’t help, and made it difficult to get into the stories.

virtual voice
I disliked virtual voice. It was dull and lifeless. Places wherev you'd expect emotion were totally devoid of any. Even knowing this was an artificial voice it fell flat (literally) a lot of the time. It needs lots of work to satisfy the listening ear.
