Need the PDF

Excellent for those who are thinking about switching to a plant based diet. Lots of insights and reasons why it could be better for us and the world and practical ways to implement it. Only thing missing is the PDF.

Changed my life

NO RECIPE BLUES

there no way to get the recipe's from the audio version this book is my only complaint if there is a way to get the recipe's can someone please help me out

This book is informative and applicable. I feel capable of becoming a vegan one meal at a time now and have a whole new way of looking at becoming vegan.

Awesome, Must read.

Really good book. Especially for people who are starting their Plant-Based journey. And just like "The 22 Day Revolution" Marco added multiple, delicious Recipes, that were simple and easy to make.

This book should be in every house

I have both the Audible version and the hard copy version of this book. It is that good. Marco Borges is someone I have a lot of respect for and this book did not disappoint.

Great Book Those Interested in Going Plant-Based

I’ve been WFPB for about 15 years. I wasn’t sure I’d get anything new out of this book but since I’ve heard Marco Borges on several podcasts I thought I’d check it out.
This is one of the best books I’ve ever read on the subject of plant based eating and living a healthy lifestyle. The author provides great explanations of his “laws” for following a healthy lifestyle and making a difference in our planet. It’s presented in a casual and non threatening style that makes the listener want to try it.
I learned a lot and recommend this book to anyone interested in exploring a plant based lifestyle. Even if you’ve been plant based,like me, you’ll still get something out of this book.

Inspirational, Realistic and to the point

In order to really dive into a plant based diet, you have to have the positive attitude and will to change bad habits. This book helps you get to the right mental state for the best healthy lifestyle you can possibly have. Really great book it's a 10/10!
