Action packed

Took a little while to get going but it was worth the wait. Narrator was perfect and inserted humor with great timing. There were a few unresolved issues so hoping for a sequel.

The story was good BUT

I wanted to give 5 stars but I do think it just didn’t measure up to the Payback series ! Don’t get me wrong the story line was good and the end got me in my feelings for sure… I cried and got so angry ! However, when I read the payback series (my first Wahida Clark books I’ve ever read) I cried, I laughed, I was excited, I was all the emotions and I felt like I was watching a movie. With the golden hustla, it was good for sure but it wasn’t like omg I need the next one. Idk I’m torn because it wasn’t bad at all, it just wasn’t what I expected. Definitely worth the 4 stars, the story line was good. Just took a minute for me to get into it.

I loved it

This book was so funny. I really enjoyed this book. The boss was my favorite, he was true to himself and what he represented all the way to the end.

GOOD BOOK

I really liked the story line, but Cary Hite is getting too comfortable... The cheesy intro music into the chapters and the how animated he gets is over the top.

Good Story

Good storytelling. Explicit but not too much on the erotic just enough. I enjoyed all of the characters and their stories.

Love Everything By Wahida Clark

I read the hard copy a few years ago & loved it. Wahida is one of the best authors out there today. I haven't found an author who is better yet. I have a list of 5 most talented authors & of course she is #1. I'm not the hugest fan of Cary Hite but he did good on this one. However, I prefer the hard copy over this ANY DAY!!!! Keep them coming Wahida!!! Still waiting on the next book in the Thug Series!!!

These were really good abort stories. The last one kind of left us hanging at the end. Wondering did she get away, did she get her daughter back, WHAT HAPPENED?
