suspenseful with strong moral questions

tha characters are vivid and each speaks for a different point of view in the question of when, if, and how to forgive. are there crimes that are unforgivable?

Outstanding

This book was very well written, the characters nuanced and the performances were flawless. I highly recommend it!

Overall a good book

The book started off a bit slow but needed to set the stage. Once the pace picked it became a page turner. So many moral dilemmas, twists and turns. An interesting perspective from many sides sides that I have never read in any other mov about Nazi Germany.

Fabulous story!!!

This story went by way too fast ! The characters became like friends and I wanted to know more about them .

The end was fantastic . I look forward to more books by this author.♥️

Great story & from a different vantage point

Luv’d the story & it’s conflicting issues. Heart warming & heart breaking👏👏. Hard to imagine what those German scientists went thru. If they stand up they die!

Really Good Book

These two narrators are EXCELLENT!!! They really are amazing!
This book was a bit hard to get into, but I hung in there and it just got better and better.
One thing I didn’t care for was all the back and forth between the years before the war and after when they were in Huntsville in the 50’s. I wish there wasn’t so much of that. If you’re not concentrating every minute, you lose which year they are in and the characters too. Too much back and forth. Love the ending as it was very thought provoking!! Well Done.

Great book

Excellent storytelling. Gripping and devastating bed a reminder of what so many people went through that modern day Americans could never understand. Beautifully read.
