This book is so practical, yet so needed for today’s leaders. Myself included. Needed humility among leaders, empathy and listening skills.

I struggled to get through this for work assignment. its like, trendy leadership for dummies. Not enough substance, too many cheesy analogies. its a short book but extremely boring.
