An excellent addition to The Green Ember series! S.D. Smith’s stories engage people of all ages with a good mix of action, suspense, and plot/character development.
The narration by Eric Fritzius really brings the characters to life!

the hilarious jokes and funny punchlines
I love the green ember, and love listening to the story and seeing how everything fits into place with the green ember series. It’s very humorous and packed with action the characters are very, very cool, and I’ll definitely be recommend this to anyone. my only disagreement is that it’s read by Eric fitzus and not the same person that read the green ember

Awesome!
I love these books so much!! They are well written and have an amazing plot. Jo Shanks is one of my favorite characters from the series so much so I named one of my families rabbits after him. Thanks S.D. Smith! Your books are awesome!

SD Smith does it again!
I love all things Green Ember! This book did not disappoint! I love the adventure and I love how the characters are challenged and grow through the course of this book. I particularly like Hayward’s role in this book. Highly recommend!!! This book will make more sense if you listen to it and the other books in the order recommended by the author.
