Fourth in a series and still good storyline.

I liked the character Guinevere. She and Zack, of course, made the book a want to read, but the narrator is one I had to get used to, in all the books. Disappointed in the read.

fake Psychic BLACKMAILS her clients~~ 4 STARS

PLOT: Guinevere Jones #4~ a fake Psychic gets ahead by Blackmail~~

Guinevere Jones and Zac are almost living together. So the romance deepens in this last novel in the series~ While Guin is digging deeper into a woman being blackmailed by her Psychic Madame Zoltana~ Zac figures out Zoltana digs up the dirt on to a client and then charges 'big bucks"~ to PROTECT her clients from future evils~ as Guin goes for a reading Zoltana knows quiet a bit about Guin and suddenly Zoltana disappears bring Zac and Guin to join forces to find how discover what happened to the fake psychic. a man Guin dumped in her past is now attempting impose himself on her with some interesting results. a very good ending for the series. 4 STARS all the way and holds the interest and I think this is the best of the series.

timeless...

Even though this series written, and takes place, in the '80s it is still an exciting suspense and romance.

Low expectations not met

I didn't have high expectations for the Guinevere Jones series, considering they were written in the 80's and the genre has matured since then. The first two were decent, but this one was bad even given those caveats. The male protagonist was brutish, while the female made stupid decisions. It has the worst characteristics of the genre, even for that time period.
