An excellent book. The historical information is excellent and he is careful to keep supposition separate from facts and observations. I highly recommend it.

As always with VDH, his history of cultural annihilation provided me with so much information that I never knew. The narrator did a fine job, and how he managed to handle all those pronunciations is beyond me!
