I thought I was more empathic than I am according to the book, but perhaps that’s because I’ve done a lot of work on myself.
I will go back and review because she gave a great description of how to do the fourth step from alcoholics anonymous that I had never heard before. it was very easy listening to her ability to answer the questions for the fourth step. so I’m going to go back and work on that. I appreciate the book. thank you

This is Everything!

It's as if the author was speaking directly about my personal life and deepest thoughts and feelings, explaining my soul as if it were her own! The exercises in this book are teaching me to thrive in every moment, and I can't recommend it enough! I'm actually going to purchase the physical copy, as well, so I can highlight my favorite parts and carry it with me.

The narrator is also a wonderful match, and the book flows so perfectly! Thank you, Sydney!

I wish I had been able to read this when I was born

I’m biased but I wish I had this book when I was born, it contains all guidance I had to come across the hard way :-) I’m so grateful for all of it of course and even more grateful that so many beautiful awakening beings are receiving this potent medicine and putting it into action to live their best lives 💕 What a gift to share 🔑

ehhh...it's okay..

I was expecting more fron this book. There are some beneficial and valid points, but overall I found myself rolling my eyes a lot. I felt like there were 3 chapters on her vagina and orgasms which is...fine in theory. I think those are important ideas/topics in general and I get that it was significant for her....but....I just expected this to be much more spiritual (not religious at all but spiritual) and awakening and much less inspirational post-valedictorian speech. I expected it to go deeper into the empaths experience overall. Also, the audio reading was soooo slow and drawn out that I sped it up to 1.35x speed. I don't know...probably great for some people, just not for me.

Dont bother with this book - the content is ok but the narrator is horrible. would never recommend this unless its the physical book or the kindle version
