Though the story is fictional knowing it is based on many real stories of successful dreaming and how it can transform lives. We live in a world where we have traded dreams for fantasy and accomplish nothing. Trade responsibility for entitlement and remain imprisoned in hopelessness. An eye opener for personal freedom in a book aimed at business.

Short parable to redesign your business

This was a interesting book to listen to. It was short and easy to follow. It covers a new paradigm of how to drive business based on the needs, and more importantly dreams of the employees that will help turn a business around. It presents a model of getting people engaged again again rather than just showing up and taking up space.

I particularly enjoyed the actual interview at the end of the book with the author. I probably should have listened to it 1st in order to hear the author's voice through the rest of the performance, which was a good performance and easy to listen to. I look forward to hearing more about businesses that are implementing the dream manager approach to driving their businesses in a world where businesses need employees to be fully engaged.
