Pure Delight
From the moment I began book 1 in this series, I was hooked! Fiona’s wit, humor, and gift for storytelling put her high on my list of favorite writers and with Agatha Christie at numerous uno, that’s saying a lot.
I am a reader with somewhere around 900 books on Audible alone. I am delighted to begin book #3 in this deliciously delightful series!

Performance is perfect
Plot was a degree less. I love Jodi, her mom, daughter and Nathan and Tony - Duncan, the “other” man felt straight out of central casting. I can’t believe someone as smart as Jodi would ever have been more than passingly interested in him.
Still, happy with the ending. Reasonably happy with the mystery. Worth the time but not the author’s most compelling.

A really fun series
The protagonist is funny, relatable, and clever. I wonder why there’s only 3 audiobooks where there seven books so far in the series. I definitely would continue to buy the rest of the series.

Even better
I wasn’t sure I wanted to continue with the series, but I’m very glad I did. I enjoyed the first but also have other titles calling my name. Never mind them! More going on in the plot here that kept my attention, and the voice actor proved herself all the more with adeptly handling a larger cast of characters. Good way to daydream away while doing the dishes or what have you. It brightened my mood each time I listened.
