I am SO VERY thankful for these authors to share what 100 % of us needed to hear. I understand now why I have 80%er mentality. . . it's just the way I'm wired. I have been educating myself and growing for enough years that I am in the top 20% of my company and doing well but totally not satisfied as I know I could do more.
