An interesting read
A concept and topic that was brand new to me, an interesting read and presented a different array of uses for red light therapy. Having not known anything about the topic prior to reading this book, it was a real eye opener and definitely worth a listen.

Seriously Interesting!
This audiobook has really piqued my interest....how could it not? It's talking about how modern life has starved us of certain nutrients that we used to get from more sunlight and other ways. It's all about our health and this new thing called RedLight Therapy, which as far as I can make out, just might be an amazing thing that we all could benefit from in so many ways. I need to listen to this again....fascinating.
