Can't get passed immature narration...

The narrator reads about like a high schooler.
The opening isn't particularly interesting, but I'll give the written version a try to see if it becomes better.
Uninteresting and peppered with unnecessary and unhelpful details so far.I don't care if someone adds both salt and pepper to a sandwich!

I can't review it beyond that.

Sweet..but 19 hours of my life I went get back...

I kind of felt the book was for maybe a young adult. But for those of us who are old sullied and jaded save the credit. I also would of liked the books better if it had Male reader as well.

narrator ruined it for me

the story line is ok... nothing new or exciting. the narrator monotone voice just ruined it for me.

Okay book

Good story line but most of the book centered on their love making. In the car several times, on the plane , on the rug, in the dressing room, on the furniture, in the elevator and much more. I liked nan her grandmother and his father.

Just had to finish it!

I was listening to this story on YouTube and only half the story was there so it was so good that I had to find the ending... and im so glad I did.

Just so-so

I listened to the audiobook. The narrator was sub-par. I believe having a second narrator who was a man would help give the story more depth.

As for the story itself, it was bland and fell flat in too many places. There wasn’t enough depth of feeling. Maybe this was partly the narrator’s fault? I’m not certain.

The storyline had serious potential, but absolutely fell flat on its face!

very promising beginning, but...

very interesting idea, beginning was very promissing,but then it goes downhill pretty fast. it wasnt hard to finnish listening to this book, but it realy wasnt as good as i tought it will be.

The CEO Buys In

I was entertained right from the beginning! Nathan Trainor is a multibillion who is tired of being seen only for his money and while sitting in the club is confronted by a writer who is having the worst case of writer's block. When the writer then turns his sites on the football player the three strike up a bet wagering on their hearts and finding a woman who will love them for themselves before a year is up. Good twist to the story.

Chloe is the perfect temp worker for Nathan. She is smart and savvy and when he falls ill to the flu she takes charge. Not only that she is not intimidated by him and he finds her captivating. This was a wonderful story with so many twists, especially when Chloe overhears about the bet. Nathan had to grovel his way out of that one. I listened to this one on audio and loved it!

WELL I'M ONE HAPPY BUNNY

The Publisher's Summary sums up this story well.. so all I'll add is that it has a very good and very enjoyable boss/assistant storyline which included humor, lots of sexcapades and a tiny bit of angst as two likeable characters have instant chemistry and very quickly fall for each other. But Chloe the Temp has obligations and can't believe that handsome Billionaire Nathan is looking for anything long-term so she eventually sacrifices her heart for job security. There's also a bit of drama from her Grandmother and Nathan's estranged Father.

I can't believe this very entertaining story of Chloe and Nathan's took place over a course of just a few weeks because there seemed to be so many layers to this and it never dragged. Dual POV's and good narration made it a captivating listen.

Worth a credit? Yes it would've been.. but at $7.34 for a 12.18 hr listen meant I didn't need to use a credit because anything under $10 I just buy to save my credit for a more expensive book AND I bought the three book series in Audible's half price sale so right now I'm doing the happy dance.
