That's awesome
This is one of my favorite cookbooks ever. I've tried about 4 of the recipes so far and the whole family loves them. The instructions are easy to follow. Some of the recipes do seem to take a while, but the end result is awesome for my recipes. The book is full of a variety of recipes to try. Would be really nice for a gift as well. LOVE it! A nice one!

Love how all these recipes are simple and nutritious . I’m not a gourmet cook , but these recipes are so easy and tasty , you would think I’m really a whiz in the kitchen . Brandon Hearn ’s story is inspiring . So glad he has shared his journey and cookbook . Like this one! Great to read!

A painless plan to wean yourself off of animal pro
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book even being a hardcore meat eater. I found it very interesting to read the comparisons between different mammals and their diet. I wasn't aware of the physical traits we as human have that indicate we were designed for a frugivore diet. This book was very informational and provided an excellent recommendation on how to transition from a onmivorous diet to a frugivorous diet in a simple and gradual way. The author didn't condemn those that eat meat, she simply explained the benefits of a plant based diet and provided facts. Even though I can't commit to completely switching my diet I definitely need to start incorporating more fruits and vegetables. This book was a good wakeup call to start eating more healthy. I look forward to trying out some of these healthy, creative, and seemingly tasty recipes.A painless plan to wean yourself off of animal products!

Cool Plant-Based Diet
This cookbook has so many excellent recipes. I am new to the whole food plant based way of life and this book made it so much easier to transition from the unhealthy style I was used to. Two thumbs up.

I LOVE this cookbook! I've always been a fan of the Plant-Based Diet website and this book is an excellent addition. There's so many new recipes - I've bookmarked TONS to make ASAP.
