A credit you can reuse again and again

Honestly, I've read a lot of self-help style books, and this exceeded my expectations. This isn't preachy but it gives a great outline to key concepts and I feel that because it's short, it's easily digestible to give a quick catch-up when you need a refresh. Great content, lots of pieces some will find purposeful, others will find other bits. The narrator is calming and clear, really easy to listen to and I'm stoked that I got sent this. cheers to both the author and narrator, I'll revisit this time and time again for sure.

Manage Your Emotions

Learning to manage your mind and emotions is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I read / listen to a lot of personal growth books, and this is one of my favorites. I love the different perspectives and techniques this book provides.

Being a Buddhist, he chapter on Buddhism is my favorite from this audiobook. Many others leave this philosophy out, so it is refreshing for me. The truth is, we all need this book on some level, not only those with unmanaged anxiety.

I also love the mindfulness methods talked about here. Understanding and overcoming limiting beliefs is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself.

I recommend this book to the beginner and experienced alike because I found lots of new things to add to my took belt. This one reminded me that the only person I need to compete with is myself.

You can choose to master your mind and be happier, or let it run unchecked and keep repeating the mistakes that are holding you back.

Amazing book

A great book well written and easy to read and understand . Setting the he pace by preparing your mind , doing some self evaluation and setting goals that are achievable. It you have not been stepping up and challenging yourself, this book is a good handy one for you to keep.

There is so much wisdom in this book.

enlightening

This book holds so much information that it causes one to stop and really reflect. The exercises recommended help with the deep dive into ourselves that will help with self-mastery, and they can be used over and over to help with different aspects of ourselves. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who wants to make some changes in their life. Change is not an overnight fix, it will take time, but it's possible.
