Good book on pitches and sales

I heard the author on “Dr. Dawn on careers on Sirius radio”. It sounded interesting so I bought it. The first few chapters are a bit slow, but after chapter 6 or so it gets very interesting

I’d recommend it for anyone who is trying to get their thoughts or ideas across to someone else.

Pitch please.

I highly recommend this book on audible to give you the feel of good energy in a great pitch. It covers the most common failures in presentations without being condescending.

No nonsense

As a fresh TV-producer myself I hoped for more TV-pitch examples, but that being said this book was great! The 3-minute Rule is universally transferable to anything you are going to pitch. I clearly see all the things we have done wrong in the past, and I think this will revolutionise the way we pitch from now on. Great book!

keep it simple said right

After finishing the book I immediately started streamlining my presentations and pitches .

I was able to adapt it into my own marketing materials immediately. I hope it helps to turn around more deals for me

Worth the Read and Worth Doing

As a professional speaker, the idea of the 3-minute rule is worth working at. In public speaking, less is better, so the work at putting the 3-minute rule into use makes sense. Read the book and work at it. Your listeners will love you for it.

Amazing book and great read

You will not regret listening to this book. Loved everything about it.

If anything, I recommend you get the printed or kindle version as well since it’s easier to do the exercises following that vs the audio.

But the audio is great to reference and listen on the go.
