Great Leader's Support & Challenge
Very good read that goes beyond traditional authentic leadership principles. The book provides several insights, ideas, tools, and advice to take you from a ground level leader to a guide that multiplies the success of others. This is done through care, support, engagement, and challenge. In addition to focusing on how to lead others the book also provides invaluable insight on how to lead yourself which is essential to becoming someone worth following.
