It isn't about me, however, learning how I am perceived and learning to be quite and listen, value those around me and then asking questions with tact and the correct tone it's life changing. There is a lot of value in the pages of this book!

the information in this book seems very introductory and seems like there could have been more chapters and it needed to go deeper. I would like to understand more how the primary and secondary voices can complement each other in an individual, for example, if I am a nurturer primarily and secondarily a creative, those two voices seem to be somewhat on opposite ends of the spectrum. One is in the present, the other in the future and does this create inner Conflict for me? How do I blend the to effectively? I like the premise behind the work but it needs more information.

Good for communication strategies

Built on the backbone of Meyers Briggs and others, this gives a way to think about personality types that can help communication in teams.
(Why most of the metaphors they use are war and weapon related, I do not know, but I did not connect with)

Great book, and now to work of implementing it.

This was eye-opening and I will definitely be working to implement what I have learned so I can understand how others hear me and conversely how I hear others.

this is a must read for everyone that leads a team or is on a team, regardless of size. it will enable you to identify your leadership voice and the voices of those around you to better communicate with everyone.

The book had some good information in it period some of the downsides were the narrator red too slow and maybe too many testimonials. Really sounded like a sales pitch for courses and training products this company provides.
