Incredible tips to help my child’s reading comprehension!

I found this audiobook extremely useful and I now have some great techniques to implement into my youngest child’s reading journey. I especially enjoyed chapter 5 “Read read read!…”. All about the importance of reading to your child frequently. I experienced this first hand with my first child and even to this day he LOVES to read (and is one of the top academic students in his class). I highly recommend this audiobook!

Achieving success with a child at the youngest level requires momentum for seeing what the child can do and teaching just that. The book is packed with fun ideas to engage your child with reading, with game time included with every chapter. The author's direct style of tackling issues and potential solutions broaden the book even further. She explains how the younger your child is, the more you will have to do to maintain the child's attention. Going too fast is an error and going too slowly is also an error. I think that this book is probably the quickest way you can get your child to read books that are sufficiently complex that they ARE interesting. Well done!!!

As a veteran school psychologist, parent & grandparent, I can't recommend this book enough! It is super engaging to listen to and chock full of solid information on how language develops in children and how to enhance their reading readiness and ability. The writer shares her extensive experience with teaching many children, including her own, to love language and become good readers. She shares many activities and games for making learning fun. There is ample info and free, beautiful PDF guides describing milestones for language and reading development from birth up through middle and high school, and many other resources included. Truly a well put together and thorough book that you should not miss! The audiobook narrator sounds great! She's engaging, warm, clear and knowledgeable - perfect for this audiobook!

Incredible audiobook!!!

I would say this is one of the best books I have ever seen for teaching kids; my two sisters were struggling to find a simple and effective way how to teach my nephews and nieces how to spell and pronounce the words in the right way, and now they are so happy and their kids love it. Highly recommend this book. Also, the Narrator is perfect

I found this book at the perfect time right when school are starting. As a former teacher's aid I know how important this subject is for students and as well as for parents. This author gives out bunch of free guides and pdf. Awesome!

Highly Useful Resource!

This audiobook should be used by parents and educators alike! It contains excellent strategies and tactics to help children learn to read - I particularly enjoyed the stealth and game tactics. Learning can be fun and if we can turn the process into a game, they will grow in their skills with less pain, shame, or stress!
