I loved this book! It was so interesting to discover the history of these ancient practices and I love how the author provided a ton of exercises both standing and sitting for all mobility levels. The exercises are broken down so you can follow along with ease and I after doing them just a few minutes each day I feel like my strength, balance, and mobility and mood have improved!!!!
