The female narrator

Ugh the female voice kept saying Bebe which sounded like Moira Rose and was so annoying. It was off putting. I don’t have the physical book so maybe I’m the wrong one but the male voice kept saying “BB” which sounded better and more appropriate for the book.

I love this series!! Tor Tom is the most sexy narrator and does a fantastic job! I can’t get enough of these dominant, controlling and take charge men that have the softest spots for their women!

Story was well written.

Love the narrators! Another top notch story by Zoe Blake!! Looking forward to the next chapter of the series!

Love the characters

I enjoy the weaving of previous characters into the storyline. This one wasn’t my favorite however I can’t wait for another book… PLEASE!

Great addition to the series.

I really liked Mac and Bebe. The story was good but I would have liked a little more spice and maybe a little more drama with the brother, the officers wanting their money, and Mac dealing with them. Narrators were great, though I prefer Lauren Sweet’s rendition of the Russian accent better, especially the male part. No shade to Lisa Zimmerman, she did her part well and I would listen to her again, for sure. I just prefer Lauren for this series.Tor Thom is always awesome!

I love all these books!

I adore these books and how strong the men are. Not the money part or mafia part lol. Maybe Russian men are very possessive. What I did not like was the ending. I did not like how it just ended and no bow to tie it all together.

Just keeps getting better!

Absolutely love this series. It’s an absolute must listen/read. Not only does it have perfect main characters but the supporting characters are superb. 10/10 would recommend. My only tiny complaint is the switch in the female voice actor. It didn’t detract from the performance but I did really love the previous one.

Sweet Severity

This is book #7 of the series and I wish I could say the 🎧books get better I’m finding that quite the opposite. The narration was good I think the problem lies with the storyline, it was just meh considering the prior 6 books were better. I like that the book ends with a HFN but it seemed incomplete and it leaves you with questions. Is it worth the credit? Sadly, I must say no this book just didn’t do it for me.

Phoebe and Mac

This was a good book, although, to me, not as good as the previous books in the series. Phoebe crashes into Mac's vehicle with her brother's car and after communicating with her for a short while, Mac takes over her life as he is very controlling. He even makes her give him a BJ in his vehicle before anyone arrives and he videos it. Her brother is on the police force and he and his wife use Phoebe as a maid and as a nanny for their children. He has her brainwashed too. Mac sees bruises on her inflicted by her brother and gets super angry. Her brother and his wife treat her horribly. Phoebe is also acts stupid. Mac has plans for her brother. Tor Thom and Lisa Zimmerman did a great job with the narration, especially Tor Thom. I am looking forward to the next book in this trilogy.
