About this listen

This program was designed to assist the listener in going after and achieving their goals with thoughts related to getting focused and motivated as well as gaining enhanced self-discipline for increased productivity and follow-through. Empowering thoughts create an empowered you! Narrated by Anna Thompson, MA, MHP, LMHC, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Thoughts, like energy, influence our emotions, our behaviors and our overall perception of ourselves and the world around us. What we focus on increases. So if we are focused on distractions, struggles, and pessimistic thoughts, we unconsciously and energetically attract more of the same. We can also use this incredible mental energy to create the inner and outer life we want. Through our thoughts, we are powerful enough to change ourselves, our relationships, and what we attract into our world.

The music in this program was designed to enhance feelings of energy and optimism coupled with positive thoughts and beliefs related to the topic of your choice. It has been designed for those who prefer to listen while in the car or doing other things. From a practical perspective, what we tell ourselves on a consistent basis, our mind eventually accepts as fact. Those thoughts build momentum, creating corresponding emotions and behaviors that reinforce what we are consistently thinking. From a more metaphysical perspective, like attracts like. Whatever thought vibration you focus on regularly attracts more of the same.

Why not use your vast mind potential to create what you really want?

not what I thought.

it says it's a self help book but all I got from it was a bunch of mindless chanting to what could hear be described as new age elevator music. I would not recommend this to anyone and I I could get a refund I would!
