An amazing guide for athletes
This is a treasure chest of sports wisdom that has significantly impacted my journey as an athlete striving to improve my skills. The first part, "High-Performance Sports Skill Instruction, Training, and Coaching," dives deep into the art of mastering sports skills. The chapter that struck a chord with me was 'Turn Autopilot On.' It emphasized the importance of repetition and muscle memory in sports, something I had often underestimated. Following the guidance here, I started to incorporate deliberate practice into my training regimen, which led to noticeable improvements in my performance. The narration was soothing and satisfying to hear. FANTASTIC! Highly Recommended!
