About this listen

The Time for the final battle has come. Edmund's armies have surrounded the Rioseco Abbey, trapping the few survivors inside. The sight that Ilyan was given a thousand years ago is about to come to pass. If only Joclyn was able to fight.

Joclyn is tormented by the hallucinations that Cail's mind has left her with, her magic an uncontrollable torrent that even Ilyan cannot control. Her moments of lucidity are broken by fears of dripping pipes and bleeding walls and a desire to kill Ryland that she is having trouble trying to ignore. The sight has shown her power, shown her success, but it has also shown her death - the end of her life something she is not quite willing to give up on yet.

Even past her death, the sight has shown her love, and that love may be the only key to her sanity, to her strength, and to Edmund's death. That love may stand in her way, and a single choice may tip the scales and secure their future or destroy their fate.

Soul of Flame is book four of five in The Imdalind Series. It is a clean young-adult paranormal romance.

Great book and amazing storyline

I LOVE this series so much but Im not the biggest fan of the narrator. She seems so monotone and unconvincing, almost as if shes trying too hard, which sucks so much because it takes away from the story and character developments.

These books are getting epic now!

I believe I have been giving four stars up until now, well, this series has finally bumped its way up to five stars. The story has picked up tremendously and everything is coming together. I’m really looking forward to seeing where it goes from here!

love the story

I can't wait to see what happens next. I do wish this had a spicy version. The narrator does a great job but I really like when there is a male and female to perform. I completely was taken off guard by many things in this series and I love that about it.

Ugh!!

Read first few books and like the story. Thought I would listen to the next too, but I hate the portrayal of the main character. She is pathetic and it is annoying. Too much to listen to much more of it. Really sorry I bought both books before listening.

Took a whiney turn

The main character Jocelyn spends way too much time contemplating her feelings in this book and speaks excessively about boring things. I think that there is hardly any meat to this story because Jocelyn won't stop whining.

Talk about battered women syndrome!

If you know anything about suicide rates in adolescents don't let your kids read these books! As an adult they make me want to hang myself! Story starts well but are continual mental and physical abuse of a teenager! I would rather my children read about SEX!
