About this listen

No soul is safe...

A vampire from the Grim Sith sept is sucking the souls out of young women from the Boston area, but this sinister crime is far worse than a vampire seeking substance. He's selling the souls to the highest bidder and it seems business is booming.

A vampire, a werewolf, and a Necromancer are a most unlikely team, but Garran, Harrison, and Isabella plan on putting a kink in the dubbed Soul Taker's plans. It's personal now. One of their friends has fallen victim to the Soul Taker's charms, but to stop him from hurting anyone else, their efforts may involve raising the dead.

GREAT

SOUL TAKER BY KAREN MICHELLE NUTT is a great start to what I hope is a long series!

A vampire, werewolf and a necromancer, sounds like the start of a bad joke, doesnt it, team up to hunt down a soul stealer. The soul taker is, himself a vampire and is getting top dollar for each of the souls he takes. He dates a woman, enchants her and then sucks the soul out of her, leaving nothing.

The story starts out pretty slow but when the gets into gear you cant stop listening. The narrator Guy Veryzer did a pretty good job at the characters which made the story that more interesting

I recieved this audiobook free in exchanged for an honest review

Love Love Love

What did you love best about Soul Taker?

The best thing about this book is your not to sure whats going to happen next. The whole story was unique from start to finish.

Who was your favorite character and why?

My favorite character had to be Garran the vampire, He's so sarcastic but deep down inside he just wants to be loved. He cracks me up through out the book and the narrator makes him so much more fun. He does his accent very well.

What about Guy Veryzer’s performance did you like?

His overall performance of the characters were great. His accents were very good.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. I listen to this book on the way to work and on the way home and every time i would get to my destination i felt sad that i had to stop listening to it. Never wanted to stop from stop to finish.

Any additional comments?

I really hope the author writes another book. If you finish the book you will know why.

Pretty good

I really liked the storyline. The characters were well written. The narrator did a great job although I think he needs to work on his female characters. Every time he did a female voice it came out whiny.

Epic Fail

I have no idea if the story is any good or not because the narration was so bad that I couldn't listen to the book for more than ten minutes before I had to stop. The narrator spoke so slowly that it was difficult to pay attention to what he was actually saying rather than how he was saying it. I also own the kindle version of this book so I will give the author a chance and read the book.
