I really hope it works!

The book itself is great; the narrator and the author make you enthusiastic and optimistic about all the messages and exercises. The narrator made the book a pleasant listen and I literally wanted to jump out of the car to try the exercises.

My only qualms with the book was that a lot of the content was describing the success stories and not enough of how to utilize the principles. I have suffered with back pain for years and am eager to try anything that works without drugs or surgery. I don't think that there is enough in this book to 'cure me' but if I see improvement I will definitely pursue somatics classes.

Life changing

This book has helped me immensely. It was recommended to me when I was treating my plantar fasciitis. At the time I was also feeling stiff and sore and was in so much pain just getting in and out of the car!! My back would stiffen up in just a short period of time. I learned how to do all of the movements in the book and I practice it daily now. Now when I bend down to pick something up instead of being in pain it actually feels good, like a good stretch! After learning the movements I was able to find some YouTube videos that help me to see the movements and to make sure I am doing them correctly. Thank you for writing this book!! Sincerely, a 65 year old woman who is now able to get down on the floor and play with her grandson, pain free!!
