I devoured this book. I could not put it down. I ate up every single delicious bit of it. Walker has me freaking swooning but I already know my heart is gonna be with the brooding alphahole.

The cliffy…let’s just say thank god I have the arc for the next book because I would die without it.

The mouths on these men 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 What I’d give to be the meat in the middle of that cowboy sammich.

I love all the southern quirks of the book, the expressions and overall tone. As a southern person, myself, it’s hard to connect sometimes if it’s not done right. I loved the way Meg and Kim wrote this. The twang was perfect.

Edit: The audiobook was literally everything. The accents were perfect. It brought out the whole vibe of the book. I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to hear the rest of the series! Stella Hunter, Jason Clarke, J.F. Harding, and Aaron Shedlock killed the audio performance!

I ADORE Cowboys!! Yum-my!!! The narration truly brought everything to life. The story is unique with a wide range of emotions. I was not expecting the cliff hanger that happened, but I can’t wait to see how it is taken. Hell is about to break loose. I highly recommend.

Cowboys, Cowboys, Cowboys!

From all the teasing K. Loraine and Meg Anne have shared, you know going in that this series is going to be intense. They don't disappoint!

When River is summoned to her hometown for a will reading, she wasn't expecting what greeted her. Her childhood friend, Walker was all grown up and all sorts of Southern charm. Walker's brother, Cross was his usual delicious self, but with much more of an attitude, but she wasn't surprised. To say the Walker brothers' father's will was shocking is a bit of an understatement. Now, River finds herself under the same roof as the hot Cross brothers, due to a stipulation made by their father. River is determined to see this through and solve a certain mystery while she's here (no spoilers). While doing a little investigating, River comes across Bishop, a ranch hand with the opposite of a welcoming personality. But, River is no wilting flower, and she lets the mean know that she won't be pushed around by them or anyone else. Something is amiss at Cross ranch, and River is determined to find out what it is, and Cross and Walker are just as determined she not find out all the secrets their land holds.

I'm loving how everything is slowly unfolding, with little breadcrumbs being dropped along the way. You just don't know what everyone is up to, but I know as the story continues, it's going to be really bad. Of course, there is some serious chemistry between River, Cross, Walker, and Bishop, and I'm so happy to have a front seat for all of it.

Stella Hunter, Aaron Shedlock, Jason Clarke, and J. F. Harding spared none of their aural talents. I'm constantly in a state of awe at their performances, and this series already seems to draw out the absolute best in them. With all of them taking on multiple characters, this story is top-notch, and I can't wait for what's coming up next. And that cliffy was a big one!

This writing duo have very quickly become a favorite of mine. I listened to the audiobook while reading along, and OMG yum!!!

The narration just brings this quick read to life. Then the storyline just keeps you hooked. River (FMC) is one lucky lady, with not one but three hot cowboys that all seem to want her. Daniel, Walker and Bishop are each HAF and in different ways. But one thing they do have in common is they are not what they seem, and danger is on their side. Can not wait for the next book, because that ending was a WTH moment.

Just excellent.

It didn't know what the expect, but this book was captivating. The narration was perfect. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series.

This book has all the feels and a clue reference?

What else could you want! Oh it's narrated in duet, with amazing voice actors! The cliffhanger...let's just say it's a good thing the next two are available. I love this writing team, they create amazing characters with depth and humor, and they know how to squeeze your heart, and drag you into the worlds they create! Amazing 10/10 do recommend!!

Sinner's Secret by K. Loraine and Meg Anne is a dark cowboy mafia why-choose romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Stella Hunter, Jason Clarke, Aaron Shedlock, and J.F. Harding. This is the first book in the Twisted Cross Ranch series.

I absolutely love Kim and Meg's books and when you make them into an audiobook with the cast, they get you can't help but become obsessed with them. I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I am loving the chemistry between River, Walker, Daniel, and Bishop. I loved getting all of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

The book ended with a great cliffhanger that left me begging for more. I can't wait for the next book in the series Corruptor's Claim to be released on September 18, 2023, so I can get more of their story.

Stella, Jason, Aaron, and J.F. did an amazing job on the narration. They really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would highly recommend this book if you like dark romances, cowboy romances, mafia romances, or why choose romances.
