Great for the Christmas Season.
This is a lovely collection of short stories that my kids look forward to every night in December. They are short enough for my younger children to enjoy, but the themes are universal enough that even my older kids are interested. It’s a great way to bring the family together during the holidays.

The best, hands down.
This enormous collection has many famous stories, and the artwork is exquisite. This book contains stories set in both the real world and the fantastical world of animals, as well as in the everyday lives of young readers. It's one of those books that I hope our future generations of children and grandchildren continue to read.
