Soooo when’s the next audio book coming out ???lol. Obsessed with the banter and how much the guys are over the moon for maven. But not in an obnoxious and Corny way. It’s perfect. Love this series.

So f***ing good

This moved slightly slower than book 1, but it was totally worth it. This didn’t fall victim to second book syndrome because there was SO much revealed information: new nether creatures, quality battling, group bonding through training led by Maven, and CONSISTENT use of magical abilities. Amazing. Plus, the characterizations were well written. All of the men are very easy to distinguish and very much ‘themselves’. The plotting and world building in this book are amazing, I didn’t find any continuity issues. Of course, Audible has completely dropped the ball, and only has two books of a four book series, so you’ll have to read the other two elsewhere.

In this book, Maven reveals who she is, her purpose, how she was made, and her mission to her guys. And it’s just as dark and deeply unethical, yet somehow highly ethical (great duality), as you’ll have hoped. Maven’s mission (now the quintet’s mission) has deliciously far reaching consequences (I mean, these characters aren’t fighting in a bubble for zero gains, they’re literally challenging the devil and the will of the gods). The 4 guys of the harem still hate/love each other this entire book, very much like competitive (occasionally vicious) brothers. The most irritating part was Everett, he could be a favourite of mine, but when you combine his ‘curse’, the guys’ treatment of him, and Maven’s indifference toward his lack of participation in the harem, it made his character more tedious than loveable, but still interesting. The group bed, and group sex scene? *swoon* that was just 🤌. Finally some long awaited unity. Another fantastically pivotal scene was near the end, during Everbound’s mortally dangerous assignment for all legacies called: 1st placement. So good. The action writing and fight scenes are also really great, such fast pacing, without too much monologuing or outside distraction from the main event.

Love love love this series

I read it when it came out and this series has been one of my favorites. The full cast narration is just *chefs kiss* they did replace the VA for Everett and while j do think he did a good job in the first book, I think the new one fits better. Can’t wait for the next one

I have really enjoyed listening to this book. I loved the book and listening to it just brought the characters to life. I am new to audible and now I am hooked, mostly because of this series.

This series is AMAZING and these audiobooks are immaculate! I will be listening to them over and over bc they are so fun and the voice actors could not have done a better job!

This full cast narration was impeccable. I highly recommend this audiobook. The cast fit the characters perfectly.

Cursed Legacies

One of the few series I can say gets better and better each book. It's always a little weird when they change a character's voice but Imma be honest and say I prefer Frost's voice this way. Although he's a professor he's not really a nerd and the nerd voice didn't fit the model frosty vibes and this one felt more him! Always happy for full cast audiobooks and it kept it even more entertaining than reading the book!
