Excellent
I liked that there were so many practical ways to increase self-confidence and the performance was really good. This book was an inspiring one for me, because it really rekindled passions that I thought were long forgotten. I know that with enough hardwork I can get the results I want and with all the encouragement and advice from Ryan Hunt, maybe that journey is just a little easier!
