Excellent and Sizzling

Ella is my girl. I love her strength and her vulnerability at the same time. I am so glad the Wyatt took the leap of faith and to reach out for the love of his life. the journey they take of exciting and you don't want to miss a moment of it. I like the fact that like many couples there are ups and there are Downs. the family aspect of even more and death into your heart about how you feel about your parents and those who raised you. I can't wait for the next installment. even though I read the books oh, it was good to hear them being narrated in such a powerful way.

Excellent writer

This writer right here, awesome, the stories are so spellbinding, to the point I’m dreaming about how the story will end or what’s coming next. Completely engaging, full of action, my GOD I think I’m addicted to this author.

Ella and Wyatt and their love!!

These two characters overcame tragic events and found each other and it was simply beautiful ñ. I love their devotion to each other as well as those they hold dear to them. An awesome read!

Good first book

Great storyline, interesting characters and relationships. Mari did a great job with narration of characters. Really elicited emotional responses to situations in the book. Look forward to listening to the next book when or if another book is written; with the circle of friends, there is a lot of potential here.

Ella & Wyatt's story is a beautiful storm and funny. I have read this story 2 times and now have enjoyed this Audible version. Love DA Young's work.

Narrator's Around the way girl voice

I thought D.A. Young's storyline was interesting and it kept my attention. I am looking forward to the rest of the books in this series. Mari did and okay job with narrating the story. It was better than OKAY but her attempt at an around the way girls voice or cool SISTAH voice fell flat...it was too forced and didn't sound natural.

Touching

There was a lot in this reading and needed more on each character. Ready for the next book.

An Engaging Read!

After reading Grant and Davina’s story, I had no intention of reading the other friend’s stories because they were already couples in Winner Takes All. But I took a chance on reading this story because the ratings were so good—and I’m glad I did! I ended up loving Ella and Wyatt’s story.

Move over Grant, because Wyatt is my new man! I didn’t know what to expect with the nicer twin but Wyatt sure did deliver. He was sweet, sexy, and alpha all rolled into one. I loved the way that he pursued Ella and always had her back. I wish the author had shown a little more of their connection and a slower buildup while they were still in New York, though, so what happened afterward didn’t feel so sudden and rushed.

I love that this author creates strong women with their own set of issues, but who doesn’t take anyone’s ish and have their own goals, dreams, and professional identities. I could have done a little less with all of the side character’s drama, but I guess that is a good way to build up their upcoming stories. It’s good for the author, not so much the readers.

Overall I really enjoyed this story and wholly recommend it!

Really Good

Very engaging and entertaining story. I may even listen a 2nd time. I think I listened to this series out of order, but that took absolutely nothing away. Great story, great narration
