amazing book
as someone who has been dealing with a lot of grief and depression for over the past year due to several losses I wish I could have read this book sooner. I would have changed the way I handled a lot of things but I also enjoyed seeing that I did some of the things suggested in this book on my own. everyone should read this book as we all will experience losses.
