About this listen
Most people living in Elderwood City didn’t believe in vampires. Most vampires living in Elderwood City didn’t care.
Josef Freeth, neither man nor vampire, knew better than both. He also knew that the fresh scent of blood wafting through the park meant it was time to do what he did best: slaying vampires.
Supernatural creatures, secret organizations, magic and missions, the MoonWatch Universe’s web of stories and novels has it all. But “MoonWatch” brings it down to a simple man, in a modern city, with a simple choice that will put into motion changes that will affect not just his immortal life, but the entire world around him.
This novelette is the first book in A. Adeshile’s interconnected series, including a bonus chapter from Shadows of the Hunt.
***Warning: This novelette contains mature themes and violence. ***

A New & Fascinating Vampiric Story
I was entertained by this novelette which featured vampires and humans. My attention was caught from the opening paragraphs until the end, and I listened to this audiobook in one sitting. Although this was my first experience with this author's work, it won't be my last. I liked Josef Freeth. I'm looking forward to more of his story as this piece was short and left a lot to the imagination. I thought Shah James' narration was great, and his performance added to the story's entertainment. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this story.

great short story
This was a great quick short story. It was a fast past. The narration of this story was great. Nothing like I had with other books. I will continue to read the series.

One man stands in the balance!
"SacraVitis: MoonWatch" by A Adeshile pulls you right into the heart of Elderwood City, where vampires lurk in the shadows and one man stands in the balance. Josef Freeth, caught between two worlds, makes the dangerous choice to slay vampires, and the tension crackles from the first page. Shah James’ narration is pitch-perfect, bringing Josef’s world to life with intensity and emotion.
