This book is very easy to listen to and follow. Life changing suggestions are presented in bite size portions that any one can follow, take notes, and implement.

Loved this book! There is a misconception between hiding emotions at work and creating a place of caring and transparency of being a weakness. This book helps bridge the difference for the true leaders who know in their gut that there needs to be a bridge and a better way that forges both to create trust and way to serve at higher than b levels. Awesome and easy read that hits home!
