I absolutely loved it.
The relationship between Eve and Gabe was so beautiful, from the was it developed to an all consuming love it’s just beautiful.
I recommend reading the whole series.

Interesting Backstories
Two damaged people come together and help each other heal. The journey is not easy though as danger surrounds them. A beautiful love story with a HEA. The end was just a little abrupt.

The ties that bind them together
This is my first Lara Adrian series and what a great one to start with! While the story is a great stand alone Lara Adrian developed an additional character with ties to Bain Industries. Gabe and Eve’s story takes you on an emotional ride. Both of them are carrying emotional baggage and they help each other heal through mutual friendship, respect, struggle, compassion, passion, and finally love with a happy ending.
