About this listen

Eliza Noble doesn’t belong in my world.

I’m a Prince, and she’s a scholarship student.

No one thinks she’s good enough, but I’ll have her anyway.

From the moment I lay eyes on her, she intrigues me.

And even though my friends can’t stand her, something deep inside me burns to know the pretty girl who doesn’t quite fit in.

At first, I hide my curiosity.

I have a rep to protect.

But I can’t hold back forever.

I will make her mine.

Then I’ll be forced to choose.

Do I pursue the path determined by my birthright,

or do I follow my heart?

Awe loved it

Definitely a must get. I always wondered what his story would be and I’m glad that I was not disappointed. A happily ever after kind of book. I hope there is more stories from the sister. Narrator did a fab job.

Love Endures

As a royal prince Drew's life isnt simple and ordinary, but attending University for the elite he meets the one woman who doesnt view his status as an advantage. Struggling to nurture a budding relationship you find out who your friends really are and that love can endure. This is a sweet romance with really likeable characters and the bully of the school who needs a good swift kick in the behind. The narrator is doing better on tone inflection between male and female voices, still is rough but the storyline makes up for it.

Royal Romances

This was an incredibly sweet story, if not a little naive in how one's social status doesn't have anything to do with Royals. I was a bit dissapointed in the end that it just ender no epilogue or even a few more chapters.

Prince and the Poor girl

Good book, second in the series but can be a standalone.
Drew is a prince with high expectations set on his sholders.
Eliza is a scholarship student from a working class household.
Can the 2 even get along much less work on a class project. What happens when emotions get started?
I enjoyed this book, but struggled with them being so young (18-19 years old).
I was given a free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Great Story!

I love a good opposites attract story and this book did not disappoint. The main characters come from two different worlds and they don't exactly get along at first. But after a few bumps, they find the HEA.

Drew and Eliza

Prince Drew is all grown up and attending university. He may act like the playboy prince, but he's still the scholarly boy inside. Eliza had to work extremely hard to save enough money to get into the elite school, but she's determined to get a good education. The first few meetings between the two may not go as well as they hope, but once they begin to get to know each other and throw away assumptions, they find they have a mutual attraction. But as often happens with young love, there are quite a few stumbles and missteps along the way to their HEA.
The narrator does a fantastic job bringing the story to life and giving the characters a voice. Her subtle English accent throughout really sets the tone for the story and gets stronger when the characters are talking.

She's right in front of your eyes!

It's the fist day of winter semester at Whitby Uiversity and Andrew Harrington is just arriving at school. Andrew (Drew) isn't only a student, he's also the Prince of England. On his way into class, he hears a woman's voice, swearing at her car. He tries to offer some assistance, but all she has to do is look at him and can't understand why he, of all people, would want to help her. She dismisses him with a sneer. Eliza Noble is a woman who has had to work two jobs just to be able to afford the tuition at the most expensive school in all of England. Whitby is her dream school and nothing is going to deter her from learning as much as she can. Drew thinks to himself that she is one of he most beautiful women he's ever seen and can't understand what she has against him. Her day goes from bad to worse as she realizes they are in the same Anthropology class. Professor Haddish assigns partners for a project and, of course, they are paired together. Surpisingly, they are good for each other in many ways. But Eliza harbors a secret that could ruin what they have. She can't tell Drew that her father is a paparazzo who works for the biggest tabloid in London and is responsible for trashy, mean-spirited news that has hurt the entire Royal Family. It's just a matter of time before Drew's arrogant friends and classmates discover the truth. They do their best to bully her and guilt him into questioning if they should really be together. In the end, everything turns out as it should and all main characters get exactly what they deserve. A well-written, delightful story that is sweet and sexy at the same time. Remarkable! (This is the sequel to Royally Schooled with Drew's older brother, Prince Edward, and tutor Maggie.) Holly Holt does a beautiful job of giving voice to all of the characters and bringing this story to life. She has the most delightful accent that puts the listeners right in the middle of London as they listen to the story!

Good Story

I enjoyed the story. It was a little slow for me but it was well done! Predictable and sweet! I think 18 -19 year olds are a little young for me as I am a little over 3 times their age. So I hard a hard connecting with the story. Holly, as always, did a great job with the narration! I did struggle some to finish but I wanted to see how it ended!

LOVED IT!

I loved it! This is the second book in this series but is a standalone. The narration was great. The author did an excellent job with the character builds and plot. I love that you don't have to read the first book to enjoy this one! I look forward to reading more books from this author!
