Rocket: My life pretty much took a hard left a year ago when I first met Lemon. She’s wise beyond her years and as abrasive and sarcastic as they come. The second she busts my VP’s balls -- literally -- I know I’d never be able to forget her. A year later, I’m still infatuated with the vicious woman. I’m not exactly qualified to do club… garbage, but Rocket? Yeah. I might have decided I’ll keep him, so… I’m great at whipping people into shape. Grim Road, meet Lemon. See me, love me, MF’ers.

Perfect kickoff to her latest MC series...

Well, this sounds like the start of another fun MC series to me!
The men in this club have very similar values as those in Karland’s others and I’m here for it. We’ve got a club pres and a minor, so as you may imagine, there are things to work out and it was fun to listen along as they did this.

I do recommend reading this series in order, or at least starting out with book one because this MC does differ a bit from Karland’s others and that’s explained here. It’s actually a really fun twist, I can tell I’m going to love escaping into this series.

Overall:
Yet another hit for me, by this author. I love how so far all of her different series I’ve read in have some crossover with all the others—way to keep me hooked.

I love Rocket and Lemons story. Lemon is so sassy and I love it. I love all the MC stories.

Great Story

Rocket and Lemon are the best! Lemon decides she wants Rocket and goes after him in a way he can't resist. The narrator for the audiobook is fantastic and I look forward to more in the series.

A very tart Lemon

Don't miss out. You're going to love Lemon. She's sassy. She's gutless. She's cringy. Warning : The F bomb is plentiful. She's perfect for Prez Rocket.

I was gifted an Audible version of this book. Umi Markkanen is just the best narrator. She throws out all the bad words with ease and grace. Both male and female voices fit the characters. She brings so much to this snarky dialogue. 5 stars + for her, too.

Might be my favorite of all

I have read/listened to quite a few of karlands series. I love how they are all interconnected and usually enjoy these stories. I love that they are quick but are full complete stories. This one though I think might be my very favorite one of all. I LOVE Lemon. She is fierce and sassy and while I wasn't too sure of the Grim Rd MC, much like Lemon, I'm excited to see how this series plays out. Narration is done well as usual.

Bucking the Secrets

So... I really love the connected universe that Marteeka writes in, but not having read all of the Iron Tzars MC books, I was REALLY lost for the first couple of chapters, filling in as many gaps as possible. Once I caught up enough, I was able to get into and enjoy it. There's still more to figure out, but I have enough sorted to move forward.

Lemon... OMG! 🤣🤣🤣 This woman had me in stitches! Think of a force to be reckoned with and amplify it by 100. Holy cow! Neither Rocket nor the other members of Grim Road know what to make of her. She's is fierce... and some.

I love that she claims Rocket and he just sits back and lets it all happen. It's quite the show. (And I can't stop laughing.) There are some awful things that occur, but she really stole the show and set several things to rights.

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrator is Umi Markkanen. She does a great job with all the characters. The sass and emotion comes flying through my ear buds.
