About this listen

Some of Callie’s memories are not her own…

Haunted by her father’s murder, Devon Mendez buries herself in her work, researching children who report memories from past lives. James Masten, a professor at the same medical school, is hiding a secret regarding human experiments that would never pass the ethics board. When Devon has a breakthrough with a subject named Callie, Masten gets involved. Problem is, Masten finds the child’s memories much too familiar. Is death the end, or simply a new beginning? Callie knows the answer, but she may not live long enough to tell.

Great story at intersection of love and tragedy.

Lots of twists and turns. Beautiful California scenery from the Central Coast. Lovely places. Great book!
